What credit card do you accept ?
Easterlies honors Mastercard and Visa.

Are towels provided on board ?
No, guests are responsible for their own towels.

Are life jackets available on board ?
Yes, our boat is equipped with life vests for all passengers on board, as well as first aid box.

Is there toilet facilities on board ?
Yes.

Is there shade available ?
There is shade available for those that like to stay undercover.

What should I bring aboard ?
We suggest that you wear your bathing suit and bring sunscreen, towel, cap and camera. Caps and tee shirts are available for purchase on board.

I'm new to snorkelling. Is snorkeling instructions provided ?
Yes, we have a fully trained professional crew that will be happy to assist and guide.

Is equipment included ?
Yes, mask, fins and snorkel are included in the per person cost for use during the trip.

Will I get seasick ?
On the east coast, we sail only inside the lagoon, so there is no risk on seasickness. On the west coast, the island protects the lagoon from the wind, thus the sea is calm most of the time.

May I take my children on board the boat ?
Yes we welcome children of all ages.

Is the boat handicapped accessible ?
We have been able to access persons using crutches, canes, walkers and non motorized wheelchairs. Standard sized wheelchairs can be boarded. We cannot accomodate motorized wheelchairs.
